Join us for a curated Pilates experience at SVRN Core, designed to bring together movement, community, and intentional connection.

We’ll begin with time to settle in—enjoy an energy drink, connect with others, and take a moment at the prayer board.

From there, we’ll move through a 45-minute mat Pilates class focused on building strength with grace, followed by a grounding Tai Chi and stretch cool down to restore and reset.

After class, stay and enjoy protein shakes, forever jewelry, and meaningful connection in a space created to help you feel both strengthened and renewed.
